Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for ensuring that the property is available.

RentSure performs verification checks but does not guarantee every listing.

Users may communicate with property owners through the platform. RentSure is not responsible for agreements made outside the platform.

You must not post fake listings, attempt scams or fraud, or misuse the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

RentSure is a platform that connects users. We are not responsible for transactions between users or losses resulting from user interactions.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of RentSure means you accept the updated terms.
